So, I represented a client who was a passenger on a motorcycle and they were traveling on Corduroy Road in Toledo when another vehicle made a left-hand turn in front of them, failed to yield, and struck them on their motorcycle. And my client has a business that they were operating and they weren’t able to operate the business at the full capacity that they once were because of a traumatic brain injury, and I was able to help them through that process when the person was healing and getting the treatment that they needed, and I was there to guide them through the settlement as well.
