I prefer a phone call. I like to hear a person’s voice, even better if they want to stop in at the office or if they want me to go to them we will do that too. Personal contact, you know, is very very important to us, it’s very important to Attorney Gervelis. If they don’t like to, and some folks don’t, their lives are busy, they can do an email, they can text – any one of those ways is great for our personal contact.
