I had the honor to represent a man in Akron who was injured badly on an accident on Front Street in Akron. The other driver swore that she had the green light when we knew well that she was running a red light. We had to track down witnesses, find camera footage to show the speed that this other driver was reaching before entering the intersection. We were able to find footage from a bank that was in the area that caught some of the accident and helped us identify a witness. The man had injured, his van rolled over, he was trapped in the vehicle, had to be extracted and had badly injured his shoulder tearing his bicep and separating his shoulder. He was out of work for three months and lost a promotion.
