Interstate 77 and the interchange has been under construction forever and will continue to be under construction. Every winter we get a number of very complicated chain reaction crashes and recently, we had to review hours of dash cam and body cam footage to piece together an accident like that to find which car hit the other car. When the police just put up their hands, list all the vehicles and say there was an accident, we have to go in detail to find out what car is responsible, what car caused it.
