Attorney David M. Tschantz is a 2010 cum laude University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, Dave developed his keen interest in litigation and advocacy, working for several prestigious personal injury attorneys. He particularly excelled in legal writing, winning several awards for advocacy, serving on the Editorial Board of the Akron Law Review, and working at the Akron Appellate Review Office.
He is admitted to practice in the Courts of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and United States Federal Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of the Ohio Association of Justice, the Mahoning/Trumbull Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Mahoning, Trumbull, and Akron Bar Associations. He focuses his practice on injury claims and accident litigation.
